Welcome to À La Mode Coffee Cart Catering! By booking our coffee cart services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment: All bookings require a deposit to confirm the event date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event. Payments can be made via credit card or digital payment methods.

2. Event Requirements: Clients must provide a suitable location with access to electrical power and sufficient space for setup and operation of our coffee cart.

3. Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations or modifications must be made at least seven days prior to the scheduled event. Deposits for cancellations within seven days are non-refundable.

4. Service Area: Our catering services cover the Orlando and Central Florida areas, including Tampa. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond our primary service areas.

5. Menu and Dietary Needs: À La Mode Coffee will accommodate specific menu requests and dietary restrictions whenever possible. Please clearly communicate these details at booking.

6. Setup and Breakdown: Setup will typically begin one hour before the scheduled event time. Breakdown and cleanup will commence promptly after the event.

7. Liability: Clients assume responsibility for the safety and security of our equipment and staff while on-site. À La Mode Coffee is not liable for any damage caused by event attendees or third parties.

8. Force Majeure: À La Mode Coffee is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any amendments will be clearly communicated and posted on our website.

10. Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Right to Refuse Service: À La Mode Coffee reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a booking request, or discontinue service at any time if we determine that the event, client expectations, working conditions, communication, or requested services are not a good fit for our business.

We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and high-quality experience for every event, and we reserve this right to protect our team, our service standards, and our clients.
