Cancelation Policy

At À La Mode Coffee, we understand that plans can change. To ensure clarity and fairness, our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Coffee Cart Catering:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the event will result in a 50% refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event are non-refundable.

2. Standard Orders:

• Orders canceled more than 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery or pick-up will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery or pick-up are non-refundable.

3. Modifications:

• Changes to your order or event details should be communicated as soon as possible and at least 48 hours in advance to accommodate adjustments.
