Planning Corporate Coffee Catering in Orlando
We serve businesses throughout the Orlando area, including Downtown Orlando, Lake Nona, and Dr. Phillips, with service also available in nearby communities.
Before your event, we’ll coordinate the service time, setup location, electrical requirements, and building access. Please share any parking instructions, loading restrictions, elevator requirements, or vendor check-in procedures.
We typically arrive about one hour before service begins. A certificate of insurance and W-9 are available when required for your company’s vendor onboarding.
For events at hotels, conference venues, or shared properties, outside coffee service must be approved by the venue before booking.
